1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Comfort Blinds provides made-to-measure window blinds, including consultation, measurement, supply, and professional fitting services. All products are custom-made to your specifications.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated
- Final prices are confirmed at the time of measurement
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed order form
- We require a 20% deposit on standard orders
- Full payment is due upon satisfactory completion of installation
- We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
5. Delivery & Installation
- Estimated delivery times are typically 2-3 weeks from order confirmation
- We will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date
- Access to all windows must be clear on the day of fitting
- We take care to protect your property during installation
6. Warranty
All our blinds come with a comprehensive 12 month warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty mechanisms
- Installation issues
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse.
7. Cancellations
As our products are made-to-measure, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
8. Complaints
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about our products or services, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
